Acceptable Use Policy

Rules designed to keep Cloudexa safe, stable and usable for everyone.

1. Purpose

Cloudexa is designed for legitimate software development, repository hosting and application deployment. This policy describes activity that is not allowed on the platform.

2. Prohibited activity

  • Malware distribution, credential theft, phishing, botnets, ransomware or unauthorized access attempts.
  • Abusive scanning, denial-of-service activity, spam, harassment or intentionally disruptive traffic.
  • Hosting or distributing content that is unlawful or that you do not have the right to use.
  • Using Cloudexa to evade sanctions, court orders, law-enforcement restrictions or other binding legal requirements.
  • Attempting to bypass plan limits, billing controls, isolation mechanisms or platform security.

3. Resource abuse

Projects must not intentionally monopolize shared infrastructure, create excessive load, mine cryptocurrency without explicit permission, or use automated behavior primarily intended to exhaust CPU, memory, storage, bandwidth or process limits.

4. Security testing

Security research is allowed only against systems you own or have explicit authorization to test. Do not test Cloudexa infrastructure, other users, or third-party systems without permission.

5. Enforcement

Cloudexa may rate-limit, isolate, suspend or remove projects that create an immediate security or stability risk. Accounts involved in serious or repeated abuse may be suspended or terminated.

6. Reporting abuse
