The rules that govern use of Cloudexa hosting, deployments and related services.
Agreement to the Terms
By creating an account or using Cloudexa, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies they reference. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These Terms are a platform policy draft. Replace placeholder legal details with the operating entity, governing law and required consumer disclosures before relying on them.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. Provide accurate information where requested, and notify support if you believe an account has been compromised.
The service
Cloudexa provides deployment tooling, application hosting, persistent project storage, domain features and related developer services. Features may change as the platform evolves.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload or create. You grant Cloudexa the limited rights needed to store, process, transmit, build and serve that content solely to operate the service.
You are responsible for ensuring your content and use of the service comply with applicable law and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Plans, billing and limits
Paid features are billed according to the price, billing period and limits shown at purchase. Plan limits may include instances, CPU, memory, process limits, storage, build time and other technical quotas.
Taxes, currency conversion charges and payment-provider fees may apply where required.
Availability and changes
Cloudexa aims to operate reliably but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless a separate written service-level agreement applies. Maintenance, outages, abuse response and infrastructure failures may temporarily affect access.
Suspension and termination
Cloudexa may limit, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, abuse, violations of these Terms or legal requirements. Where practical, notice is provided before non-urgent action.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. Cloudexa does not promise that every deployment, build, integration or third-party service will run without interruption or error.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these Terms
Material changes may be communicated through the service, by email, or by updating this page. Continued use after a change takes effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
