The rules that govern use of Cloudexa repositories, hosting, deployments and related services.
By creating an account or using Cloudexa, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity performed through your account. You must provide accurate information where required and notify Cloudexa if you believe an account has been compromised.
Cloudexa provides repository hosting, deployment tooling, application hosting, persistent project storage, domain-related features and other developer services. Features may change as the platform evolves.
You keep ownership of content you upload or create. You grant Cloudexa the limited rights necessary to store, process, transmit, build and serve that content solely for operating the service.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content and use of the service comply with applicable law and the Acceptable Use Policy.
Paid features are billed according to the price, billing period and limits shown at the time of purchase. Plan limits may include instances, CPU, memory, process limits, storage, build time or other technical quotas.
Taxes, currency conversion charges and payment-provider fees may apply where required.
Cloudexa aims to provide a reliable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability unless a separate written service-level agreement applies. Maintenance, outages, abuse response or infrastructure failures may temporarily affect access.
Cloudexa may limit, suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, abuse, violations of these Terms or legal requirements. Where practical, notice may be provided before non-urgent action.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. Cloudexa does not promise that every deployment, build, integration or third-party service will work without interruption or error.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Material changes may be communicated through the service, by email, or by updating this page. Continued use after a change takes effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
